  • I am based in a rural town in Washington State called Ephrata, but I see clients from all over the state via telehealth.

    In-person options are avilable on Mondays and Tuesdays. My office is located at 114 1st Ave NW, Suite B4, Ephrata, WA 98823

  • Online therapy works just like in-person therapy. Research shows, that for most issues, online therapy is just as effective as in-person.

    Online sessions offer you the conveniece of not having to take extra time off to travel to and from an office space and you can even meet from the comfort of your own home.

    I use the platform, Zoom, to conduct sessions. You will receive a link to the Zoom room prior to the start of your sessions. The online room is locked after you enter to protect your privacy.

  • Yes, in-person sessions are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays at my secondary location in Ephrata, Washington.

    In-person intensives will also be available in the near future.

  • Initial consultation (10 to 20 minutes via Zoom): No Cost

    Initial intake/Assessment (60 minutes): $200

    Individual Sessions (53 minutes): $150

    Couple’s Sessions (53 minutes): $165

    Clients coming to me through Open Path will vary. We will discuss pricing during our initial consultation.

  • Yes. At this time I am accepting:

    I can also bill clients as an out of network provider either by billing your insurance directly or by providing a superbill for you to send to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • For clients without insurance who are not able to afford my full rate, you may still be able to work with me through Open Path Collective. For more information go to: https://openpathcollective.org/

  • Your first appointment is a chance to tell me more about what is bringing you to counseling at this time. I will also ask questions about your general health and a brief overview of your past so that we can better understand your present.

    Your first session is also a time when we identify what is working for you, what your strengths are, and begin to establish goals for our time together.

  • How long you need to be in therapy will depend on your goals. Generally, clients work with me for about 6 months. I check in with clients on a regular basis to make sure we are heading in a direction you want to go, are seeing changes and growth, and to assess how long the process will take.

    Structured approaches such as EMDR, CPT, and PE generally take 12 to 16 sessions to complete. We will discuss options during our initial consultation and then again during our first session.

  • If you will be paying for my services out-of-pocket, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate. This document outlines what you can expect to pay over the course of our time together. If you have any questions we can discuss details further in an initial consultation or during your first appointment.
